Help connecting a device
Tell us the phone model, its Android version, your browser and operating system, how you connect (USB, TCP/IP or Wireless debugging) and the message you see. A screenshot of the connect screen helps.
Bug reports and feature ideas
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. For ideas, tell us the task you are trying to get done.
Device labs and teams
Running a device lab, a QA team or a fleet of Android devices? Tell us how many devices you use and what a normal day of testing looks like. We build multi-device features from real workflows.
Privacy requests
Questions about the data described in our privacy policy, or requests about your personal data.
Security reports
If you found a security issue in the website or the ADBKit agent, please email us privately before sharing it publicly.
Before you write
Many connection problems are solved in the guides on the ADBKit blog, for example enabling USB debugging, fixing a device that shows as busy or unauthorized, and connecting over Wi-Fi.
Please never send us passwords, screenshots that show personal data, or files from a device you are not allowed to share. ADBKit never needs them to help you.
