Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using ADBKit you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ADBKit is a browser workspace that lets you connect to an Android device over USB and use common ADB tasks: viewing and controlling the screen, taking screenshots and recordings, reading logs, browsing and transferring files, and installing packages. It runs in your browser; device data is not sent to us. ADBKit is under active development and features may change, break or be removed.

3. Requirements

  • A browser that supports WebUSB (Chrome-family browsers) on a computer you control.
  • A device with USB debugging enabled.
  • The right to debug that device. Only connect devices you own or are authorized to access.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ADBKit to:

  • Access, control or copy data from a device without permission
  • Install malware or software you are not allowed to distribute
  • Violate any law, or the rights of any person
  • Interfere with, probe or overload the website, or attempt to bypass its technical limits
  • Resell or repackage the service without our written consent

5. Risks of device operations

ADBKit performs real operations on your device. Installing packages, sending input, and moving files can change or remove data, cause apps to misbehave, or in rare cases leave a device in an unusable state. You are responsible for backing up your data and for what you do with your device.

6. Your content

Screenshots, recordings, logs, files and APKs belong to you or their respective owners. We do not receive them and claim no rights in them. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you capture, transfer or install.

7. Intellectual property and open source

The ADBKit name, site and original code are owned by their authors. ADBKit includes open-source components under their own licenses; see Open-source licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ADBKit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADBKit and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or devices, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous twelve months, or zero if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold ADBKit and its authors harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your operation of a device you were not authorized to access.

11. Third-party trademarks

Android is a trademark of Google LLC. ADBKit is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Genymobile or any device maker.

12. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or end the service, or these terms, at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using ADBKit at any time. We may block access for misuse or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ADBKit operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
